Snap Batten Panel Systems

Utilize a separate clip to attach the panel to the roof deck. The separate Batten then snaps onto the clip system to create the weather tight seam. The finished look is much like that of the snap-lok profiles. These profiles offer several options/applications that will not work with the snap-lock profiles. These panels are non-directional since they don’t have an integrated flange. When installing a hip application waste may be reduced by using cut panels on opposite hips. These profiles are also a great option when a wedge shaped panel is necessary. It allows you to seamlessly marry straight panels to wedge panels and back to straight. Ideally these systems are installed on a plywood/osb roof deck on a 3:12 or greater roof pitch.
